I have spent several years in electric mobility, working across customer experience, operations, sales, customer success, and deployment project management.
I kept seeing the same problem: teams were scaling charging networks with tools that were never designed to run EV charging operations. Critical information remained scattered across spreadsheets, emails, messages, calls, and handovers.
